NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 35 No. 33, August 21, 2009 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

The Notice of Proposed Rule as advertised on August 21, 2009, indicates that the agency head for the Corporation approved the proposed rule on June 5, 2009 at the Board of Directors’ meeting, but it lists Robert Dearduff, SHIP Program Administrator as the Name of the Agency Head Who Approved Proposed Rule. The correction should reads as follows:
