GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: DOCKET NO. 090349-WS – Application for limited proceeding rate increase in Polk County by Cypress Lake Utilities, Inc. The purpose of this customer meeting is to give customers and other interested persons an opportunity to offer comments regarding the quality of service the utility provides, the proposed rate increase, and to ask questions and comment on other issues.
