NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 8, 2013, the Board of Physical Therapy Practice, received a petition for seeking a variance or waiver of Rule 64B17-3.001, F.A.C., filed by Krzysztof Korthals, which requires foreign graduates to have received a determination that their educational credentials are equivalent to education required for licensure as a physical therapist in the United States as determined by the Foreign Credentialing Commission on Physical Therapy.
