NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has received the petition for declaratory statement from Karen E. Maller, Esq., In Re: Trafalgar Square Condominium Association, Inc., Docket No. 2013040861, filed on October 2, 2013.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 718.112(b)(5), (c)(2)-(3), (d)(6), Florida Statutes as it applies to the petitioner.

Whether a committee elected by two Trafalgar Square condominium associations to operate jointly used recreational facilities must comply with the meeting and notice requirements of Section 718.112(b)(5), (c)(2)-(3), (d)(6), Florida Statutes.
