NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has received the petition for declaratory statement from William R. Wohlsifer, Esq., on behalf of Lorraine Bodek, Unit Owner, In Re: Lakeview Townhomes at the California Club Condominium Association, Inc., Docket No. 2014040305, filed on September 25, 2014. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Section 718.112(2)(a), Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.

Whether Lakeview Townhomes at the California Club Condominium Association, Inc. may elect five members to the Board of Directors when the association’s bylaws specify the Board of Directors shall be comprised of three members under Section 718.112(2)(a), Florida Statutes.
