NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from James Becker on October 6, 2014. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Rule 61G4-15, F.A.C., as it applies to the petitioner.
