NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Education has received a Petition for Declaratory Statement. The Petitioner is Scholar Tots, Inc., dba ABC Children’s Learning Academy. The petition was received on or about September 25, 2015. The petition seeks a declaratory statement with regard to Rule 6A-1.09433, FAC and Section 1002.69(3), F.S., as well as Rule 6M-8.620 and Section 1002.67, F.S. The Office of Early Learning previously published a notice on October 1, 2015, with regard to this petition.
