NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Talent Agencies, has received the petition for declaratory statement from Hector Duran on September 22, 2017. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Section 468.401(1), Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.
Petitioner asks for the Department’s interpretation as to whether or not proposed actions of a business which would provide entertainment booking services as described in the Petition meet the definition of a talent agency in Section 468.401(1), F.S., and, therefore, must be licensed under Chapter 468, Part XXXII, Florida Statutes.
