PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Department intends to amend Rule 65C-28.011, F.A.C, Criminal, Delinquency and Abuse/Neglect History Checks for Relative and Non-Relative Placements, to add requirements for records checks when a child is to be released to a parent and for approval of informal safety management providers.
