The City of Tampa, Florida, gives notice of proposed ordinance that repeals the City’s small wireless communication facilities abatement ordinance in its rights-of-way.
FIRST READING TO BE HELD:
DATE AND TIME: October 12, 2017, 6:00 p.m.
PLACE: Old City Hall, Council Chambers, 3rd Floor, 315 East Kennedy Boulevard, Tampa, Florida
SUBJECT: An Ordinance of the City of Tampa, Florida, repealing Ordinance 2017-115 regarding an abatement upon the acceptance and/or processing of applications for collocation on existing or creation of new utility poles in the right-of-way to support small wireless facilities or micro wireless facilities; repealing all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict therewith; providing for severability; providing an effective date.
A copy of the proposed ordinance to the City of Tampa Code of Ordinances may be inspected by the public in the offices of the City Clerk, 315 East Kennedy Boulevard, 3rd Floor, Tampa, Florida 33602, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays.
