GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is a meeting of the Governor and Cabinet, at which the Executive Director of the DHSMV will request approval to file a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking regarding Rule 15A-5, F.A.C., Medical Advisory Board Guidelines. In addition, the Executive Director will request approval to file this rule for adoption if no member of the public timely requests a hearing or, if a hearing is requested, no changes need to be made to the rule. Other general business may be addressed.
