    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 05, 2017, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Regency Palms Condominiums Building 1 at 5111 Royal Palms Way, New Port Richey, FL. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of Rules 2.2.2.5, and 2.27.3.3, A.S.M.E. A17.1b, 2009 edition, as adopted by subsection 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code that requires a sump pump in the pit and Phase II Emergency In-Car Operation which poses a hardship.
