NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 25, 2023, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for variance pursuant to section 120.542, Florida Statutes, from Aero-Stream LLC. The petition requests a variance/waiver from paragraphs 62-6.013(2)(a) and 62-6.013(2)(j), Florida Administrative Code, which specifies onsite sewage tank requirements. Aero-Stream, LLC is a foreign limited liability company, in good standing with the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions, and a principal office address located at: W300N7706 Christine Ln, Hartland, Wisconsin, 53029-8473. The Petition has been assigned OGC #23-1492.
