64B1-3.009Licensure by Endorsement Through National Certification

PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Changes are being made to the rule to inform applicants of the requirements for licensure by endorsement through national certification under s. 457.105(2)(c), F.S. In addition to current requirements, applicants will be required to apply to the Department of Health on the form incorporated in rule 64B1-4.0011, F.A.C., and meet the education and program requirements in 457.105(2)(b) and rule 61B1-4.001(4), F.A.C., respectively.
