Pursuant to Section 120.74(2)(a)3., Florida Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission’s Regulatory Plan Amended is available, effective November 1, 2016, at the following web address: http://myfwc.com/media/4097529/amendedexecutedregulatoryreport2016.pdf. The Amended Plan indicates that Chapter 2016-233, Laws of Florida, makes rulemaking for springs protection zones discretionary rather than mandatory.
