61A-5.060  Application for Special Culinary Education Program License

PURPOSE AND EFFECT: : Section 1 of Ch. 2016-120, Laws of Florida, amended section 381.0072, Florida Statutes, to define a culinary education program. Section 3 of Ch. 2016-120, Laws of Florida, amended subsection (2) of section 561.20, Florida Statutes, to authorize the Division to issue a special alcoholic beverage license to a culinary education program as defined in section 381.0072(2), Florida Statutes. Proposed Rule 61A-5.060, F.A.C., is intended to promulgate and incorporate by reference the form by which a qualifying culinary education program may apply for issuance of the special license.
