NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco has received a petition for declaratory statement from Chris L. Harriman. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Rule 61A-3.019, F.A.C., and Section 565.02(4), F.S., as they apply to the petitioner.

Whether current members of a Veterans of Foreign Wars (“VFW”) post or lodge can be legally served in all affiliated posts or lodges in the State of Florida, and if this is act complies with Section 565.02(4), Florida Statutes, as well as the regulations provided in Rule 61A-3.019, Florida Administrative Code, regarding club licenses.
