NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 30, 2018, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Crist Plant Scrubber Building at 11999 Pate St, Pensacola, FL. Petitioner seeks a variance of the requirements of Rule 2.11.2, ASME A17.1, 2010 edition, as adopted by Rule 61C-5.001, Florida Administrative Code that addresses types of entrances which poses a hardship.
