NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 28, 2019, the Department of Financial Services, received a petition for waiver relating to paragraph 69G-20.0022(5)(c), F.A.C., from Richard Glukstad. Paragraph 69G-20.0022(5)(c), F.A.C., in part, requires that claims for unclaimed property reported in the name of a dissolved corporation include evidence proving that the claimant is entitled to all or a proportional share of the dissolved corporation or that the claimant is an officer or director of the corporation.
