The Board of Clinical Laboratory Personnel hereby gives notice: of the issuance of an Order regarding the Petition for Variance or Waiver, filed on May 2, 2019, by Kimberly Johnson. The Notice of Petition for Waiver or Variance was published in Vol. 45, No. 88, of the May 6, 2019, Florida Administrative Register. Petitioner sought a variance or waiver of Rule 64B3-5.002, F.A.C., which sets forth the education, training/experience and certification requirements for licensure as a supervisor. The Board considered the instant Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held on September 6, 2019, in Orlando, Florida. The Board’s Order, filed on October 7, 2019, denied the petition finding that petition is moot.
