PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The rules are being amended to clarify requirements for obtaining and maintaining a Gold Seal Quality Care designation, make technical changes, add standards for child care facilities that were inadvertently omitted in the last rule promulgation, remove the reconsideration language, and clarify the information required in the accrediting association annual self-assessment survey.
