PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To update language in rule and language in forms incorporated in rule to be consistent with changes Senate Bill (SB) 7044 made during the 2022 legislative session related to Florida College System institutional accrediting agencies. The effect is aligning the language in rule to the new statutory requirements. Additionally, non-substantive technical changes will be made to rule language, including relocating terms throughout the rule and incorporated documents.
