PURPOSE AND EFFECT: This rule applies to education records maintained to facilitate the instruction, guidance, and educational progress of students in programs operated under the authority and direction of a district school board or other agency or institution as defined in Section 1002.22(1), F.S. This amendment will remove references to the prior version of threat assessment from this rule that are set to expire on December 31, 2023, and will govern maintenance and transfer of threat management records consistent with s. 1003.25, F.S.
