PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The amendment will revise the criteria for required instruction reporting by districts, including the review of implementation plans for required instruction in Section 1003.42, Florida Statutes, and the approval of materials used for instruction in any health education course to teach reproductive health or any disease, such as HIV/AIDS, and all materials containing instruction on human sexuality.
