NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 40, No. 90, May 8, 2014 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

The following change is being made to the non-discrimination statement on DCF Form CF-ES 2095:

This institution is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, disability, age, sex, and in some cases religion and political beliefs.
