NOTICE OF CORRECTION
Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 41 No. 91, May 11, 2015 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The Notice of Change regarding the proposed rule that was published in Vol. 41, No. 216, November 5, 2015 issue incorrectly indicated no changes were made to subparagraphs 69L-7.720(1)(a)1.-3., F.A.C., which incorporate the following forms, respectively, by reference: DFS-F5-DWC-9-A, DFS-F5-DWC-9-B, and DFS-F5-DWC-9-C. The aforementioned forms include new language to clarify the appropriate dates of use for the ICD-9 and ICD-10 code sets.
