NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 4, 2015, the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurant, received a petition for a Routine Variance for paragraph 61C-1.004(1)(a), Florida Administrative Code, Section 5-203.13, 2009 FDA Food Code, Paragraph 4-301.12(A), 2009 FDA Food Code, subsection 61C-4.010(5), Florida Administrative Code, Subparagraph 3-305.11(A)(2), 2009 FDA Food Code, and subsection 61C-4.010(1), Florida Administrative Code, paragraph 61C-1.004(2)(a), Florida Administrative Code, subsection 61C-4.010(7) Florida Administrative Code, subsection 61C-4.010(6), Florida Administrative Code, and Section 6-402.11, 2009 FDA Food Code, from Zin Banquet Room located in Tallahassee. The above referenced F.A.C. addresses the requirement that at least one service sink is provided for the cleaning of mops or similar cleaning tools and the disposal of mop water; that each establishment have dishwashing facilities for manually washing, rinsing and sanitizing equipment and utensils are provided, and that each establishment have areas for food preparation and storage; and at least one accessible bathroom be provided for use by customers and employees. They are requesting to share the mop sink, dishwashing, bathroom, food preparation and food storage facilities with another licensed food service establishment under the same ownership and on the same premises.

The Division of Hotels and Restaurants will accept comments concerning the Petition for 14 days from the date of publication of this notice. To be considered, comments must be received before 5:00 p.m.
