DATE AND TIME: November 18, 2010, Conference Call, 9:00 a.m. –11:00 a.m.; December 16, 2010, Conference Call, 9:00 a.m. –11:00 a.m.; January 20, 2011, Meeting, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., place to be determined; February 17, 2011, Conference Call, 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.; March 17, 2011, Conference Call, 9:00 a. m. – 11:00 a.m.
PLACE: See schedule as to whether it is a Conference Call or an in person meeting. Location of the in-person meetings will be determined well in advance of the meeting and announced as required.
GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Will cover a varied range of topics regarding the management and operations of the Babcock Ranch and its associated agencies.
Conference Calls will be considered public meetings, however, the Board will not take comments from the listening public. Public comments will be taken at all in-person meetings. Conference Call dial in information will be distributed well in advance of the meetings as required.
