    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Landmark Development Corp. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of the Florida Accessibility Code (2012) as it applies to the petitioner.

    Petitioner seeks clarification as to whether multifamily residential buildings covered by the Rehabilitation Act and/or ADA required by the Florida Accessibility Code to provide elevators when the building would not otherwise be required to provide them.
