PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To adopt acceptable secure financial strength rating designations provided by Demotech.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Credit for Reinsurance provisions to protect the interests of insureds, claimants, ceding insurers, assuming insurers and the public.

RULEMAKING AUTHORITY: 624.308, 624.610(14) FS.
