    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect of the proposed amendments to rules in Chapter 40C-2, F.A.C., will be to create part of the recovery strategy, pursuant to subsection 373.0421(2), F.S., for the minimum flows or levels (MFLs) for Lake Brooklyn and Lake Geneva in Clay and Bradford counties that are proposed for revision in separate rulemaking.

    SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: This rule development will cover the possible amendment or development of rules in 40C-2.041, 40C-2.042, 40C-2.101, 40C-2.321, 40C-2.331, 40C-2.351, 40C-2.361, 40C-2.381, and 40C-2.900, F.A.C., as needed to create part of the recovery strategy for one or more of the above described MFLs, which may include other rules for which conforming amendments may be needed.
