NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 46 No. 172, September 2, 2020 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
This Notice of Change does not change the proposed rule text. It is filed to explain an addition to the Participation Agreement, which is a document incorporated by reference in this rule. Section 3 of the Participation Agreement binds Account Owners to any amendments to the Participation Agreement or Terms and Conditions subsequently made by the Board. This Notice of Change is to notice that clarification language has been added reflecting that such amendments will be made pursuant to the rule-making process provided in Chapter 120.
