NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 17, 2013, the Board of Psychology, received a petition for variance or waiver from Rosamari Pena seeking a variance or waiver of Rule 64B19-11.0075, F.A.C., that requires closure of the application file and the issuance of a final order of denial to any applicant for licensure by examination who fails to pass the examination for Professional Practice in Psychology (EPPP) and the Florida laws and rules examination or who fails to submit evidence of completion of the postdoctoral, supervised experience within 24 months of the issuance of the Board's letter advising that the applicant has been approved for examination.
