    RULE NO.:RULE TITLE:

11B-35.002Basic Recruit Training Programs for Law Enforcement, Correctional, and Correctional Probation

The Department of Law Enforcement hereby gives notice:

On November 6, 2014, pursuant to notice, at a meeting held in Kissimmee, Florida, the Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission considered a petition for a six-month temporary waiver of subsection 11B-35.002(2), F.A.C., by John Baldridge III. After careful consideration of the facts in this matter, the Commission found that Petitioner had not demonstrated an economic, technological, legal, or other type of hardship resulting from an application of subsection 11B-35.002(2), F.A.C., that was particular to petitioner, significantly different from the way the rule affects other similarly situated persons and issued an order denying Petitioners petition for a six-month waiver of subsection 11B-35.002(2), F.A.C.
