    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 12, 2014, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Metropolitan at Lake Eola Condominium Association, Inc., (The). Petitioner seeks an emergency temporary variance of the requirements of an unspecified Section of A17.3, as adopted by subsection 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code, that requires upgrading the elevators operations which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
