NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 8, 2018, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center at 301 Memorial Parkway, Daytona Beach, FL. Petitioner seeks a variance of the requirements of Sections 403.61 and 3007, Florida Building Code, 2017 edition that requires at least two fire service access elevators which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
