NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 08, 2018, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Seaglass at Bonita Bay at 4971 Bonita Bay Blvd, Bonita Springs, FL. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of Sections 3007.7.1, 3007.7.4, and 3007.7.3, Florida building Code 2010 edition that requires minimum lobby size, stairwell access, and lobby doorway which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
