NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 16, 2019, the Board of Pharmacy, received a petition for variance or waiver from Viviane Caya-Vandenbroek, seeking a waiver of the requirement of paragraph 64B16-26.300(3)(c), F.A.C, which states in part that in order to be licensed as a consultant pharmacist, a person must successfully complete a period of assessment and evaluation under the supervision of a preceptor within one (1) year of completion of the course set forth in paragraph (b), above.
