NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 49 No. 182, September 19, 2023 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
In response to information presented at the November 9, 2023, public meeting (a notice for which was published on November 2, 2023 (Vol. 49, No. 214), changes are made to the following forms as described.
Form DR-908:
- The Navarre Beach Fire District (code 046) in Santa Rosa County has been added to Schedule XII.
The changes to Form DR-908 have been identified on page 1 of Form DR-350900 under the “2023 Additions, Deletions, and Changes to Schedules XII and XIII” heading.
