NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 40, No. 167, August 27, 2014 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The change is in response to concerns stated by the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee in a letter dated September 4, 2014 and to correct language that the Board had previously voted on.
The change is as follows:
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Board proposes the rule amendment to reduce the biennial renewal fee.
SUMMARY: The rule amendment will reduce the biennial renewal fee.
64B32-4.001 shall read as:
64B32-4.001 Fees.
(1) The biennial renewal fee for licensure shall be $ 120.00 $121.00.
(2) through (5) No change.
(6) The delinquency fee shall be $120.00 $121.00.
(7) through (8) No change
