    RULE NO.:RULE TITLE:

11B-27.002Certification, Employment or Appointment, Reactivation, and Terminating Employment or Appointment of Officers

The Department of Law Enforcement hereby gives notice:

On November 6, 2014, pursuant to notice, at a meeting held in Kissimmee, Florida the Commission considered a petition for a 180 day temporary waiver of subsection 11B-27.002(4), F.A.C., by Michael Dean Sutherland, II. After careful consideration of the facts in this matter, the Commission found that Petitioner had not demonstrated an economic, technological, legal, or other type of hardship resulting from an application of subsection 11B-27.002(4), F.A.C., that was particular to petitioner, significantly different from the way the rule affects other similarly situated persons and issued an order denying Petitioner's petition for a 180 day waiver of subsection 11B-27.002(4), F.A.C.
