Statement of Work: Contractor shall provide all labor and materials for the Roof replacement and (Alt Bid) Minor interior renovations to Bldg. #19 (Annex 2nd Floor North) including but not limited to: upgrade to ADA compliance, electrical upgrade and code compliance, interior finishing, floor replacement, HVAC and mechanical upgrades. Interior renovation approx. 25,000 sq. ft.
