NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 01, 2024, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for variance pursuant to section 120.542, Florida Statutes, from Tyler Nuckols (Petitioner). The Petition requests a variance/waiver from Rule 62-6.019, Florida Administrative Code, regarding registration and supporting documentation requirements for septic tank contactors. Petitioner is a candidate as a registered septic tank contractor, with an address of 15926 Fishhawk View Drive, Lithia, Florida 33547. The Petition has been assigned OGC #24-2765.
