NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on November 05, 2007, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for Variance and Waiver of paragraph 67-38.0026(4)(a)(2005) and Section III(B) of the Predevelopment Loan Program Application, Florida Administrative Code from Housing and Education Alliance (“Petition”). The Petition is seeking a waiver and variance to amend the percentage of units it must sell at 80 percent of the Area Median Income.
