(2) All developmental disabilities waiver services providers enrolled in the Medicaid program must be in compliance with the Developmental Disabilities Home and Community-Based Services Waiver Provider Rate Table, January 1, 2008 2007, which is incorporated by reference. The rate table is available from the Medicaid fiscal agent’s website at http://floridamedicaid.acs-inc.com. Click on Provider Support, and then on Fees.
