NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Public Service Commission has received a petition from Tampa Electric Company in Docket No. 20230122-EI - Petition for variance from paragraph 25-6.043(1)(a), F.A.C., by Tampa Electric Company filed October 24, 2023, seeking a variance from subparagraph 25-6.043(1)(a)1, Florida Administrative Code. The rules addresses, in relevant part, the cost of service study allocation methods. A copy of the petition can be obtained from the Office of Commission Clerk.
