NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Community Affairs received a Petition for Waiver on October 23, 2006, from the Town of Cross City. The petitioner seeks a waiver of paragraph 9B-43.0041(1)(b), Fla. Admin. Code, so that the Petitioner will be permitted to submit corrected survey data on the “very low income” households in its proposed service area. The petition for waiver is being applied for under Section 120.542, F.S.
