    The Agency for Health Care Administration hereby gives notice of the issuance of a Final Order denying the Petition of Variance received from Florida Hospital Waterman, seeking a variance from the provisions of Rule 59G-6.020, F.A.C.

    The Petition for Variance was received by the Agency for Health Care Administration on January 5, 2006. The Agency for Health Care Administration published its Notice of Petition for Variance in the FAW, Vol. 32, No. 3, on January 20, 2006. Rule 59G-6.020, F.A.C., establishes the reimbursement payment methodology for Medicaid inpatient hospitals.

    The Agency for Health Care Administration filed a Final Order on October 20, 2006, dismissing the Petition for Variance. The Agency for Health Care Administration entered the Final Order as AHCA Case No. 06-01VW.
