The Department of Elder Affairs hereby gives notice that on November 12, 2015, Roxana Solano, on behalf of the Villa Serena I, Villa Serena II, Villa Serena III, Villa Serena IV, and Villa Serena V assisted living facilities, withdrew a petition for a waiver of paragraph 58A-5.019(1)(c), F.A.C., concerning staffing standards for administrators and managers of assisted living facilities. The rule waiver petition was filed on May 27, 2015 and notice of the petition was published in the August 28, 2015 edition of the Florida Administrative Register.
