    RULE NO.:RULE TITLE:

11B-35.001General Training Programs; Requirements and Specifications

The Department of Law Enforcement hereby gives notice:

On November 6, 2014, pursuant to notice, at a meeting held in Kissimmee, Florida the Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission considered a petition for a temporary waiver of paragraph 11B-35.001(9)(e), F.A.C., by John Meeks on behalf of the Florida Criminal Justice Training Center Directors Association. After careful consideration of the facts in this matter, the Commission found that Petitioner had demonstrated an economic, technological, legal, or other type of hardship resulting from an application of paragraph 11B-35.001(9)(e), F.A.C., that was particular to petitioner, significantly different from the way the rule affects other similarly situated persons and issued an order granting Petitioners petition for a temporary waiver of paragraph 11B-35.001(9)(e), (F.A.C.), for the dates of October 1, 2008 through December 31, 2015.
